Art in the Park
GCA Art in the Park is a juried fine arts and fine crafts show held annually at the James D. Beville Community Park in Leitchfield on the second Saturday in May. This free event features local and internationally acclaimed artists.
Memorial Day Parade
Our Memorial Day Parade is held the fourth weekend in May in Leitchfield and honors those who gave us freedom. Parade, food and entertainment is included.
Nolin Summer Splash
Held annually in June at the Nolin Lake State Park, Nolin’s Summer Splash features the Houseboat Hop, a car show, live music, and numerous activities for both kids and adults.
Twin Lakes National Fiddler Contest
Held the third Saturday in July at the Courthouse Square, the festival provides free rides, entertainment and fireworks.
The Dam Triathlon
The Dam Triathlon is held the second weekend in August at Rough River Lake and features a combination of paddling, cycling and running through the State Park and surrounding lake area.
Grayson County Fair
Since 1949 the Grayson County Fair has offered week long family entertainment in the form of carnival rides, beauty pageants, demolition derby and much more. Each year the fun begins the Tuesday before Labor Day.
Caneyville Fair & Homecoming
Held annually on the 1st weekend in October, the Caneyville Fair & Homecoming features parade, rides, booths, pageants, contests and more.
Clarkson Official State Honeyfest
Held annually on the third weekend in September, the Clarkson Honeyfest is a multi-day celebration of one of nature’s sweetest gifts. With rides for the whole family, great food, music and a 5k run, the entire community of Clarkson comes out to welcome the guests of Honeyfest.
Clarkson SpringFest
Held annually on the 2nd weekend in May, this event is a day of fun for the whole family. Featuring craft booths, live music, inflatables for the kids, food trucks and so much more.
Christmas in the Park
Celebrate in the magic of Christmas by taking in the lighted displays at the James D. Beville Community Park in Leitchfield throughout the entire month of December! Bundle up and walk through the displays or enjoy the displays from the warmth of your car! There is no cost for admission and everyone is welcome to partake in the annual lighting event held on the first Friday in December at 5 PM (CST) which will include caroling, cookies, hot chocolate, and a special visit from Santa himself!
