Clarkson Official State Honeyfest
The Clarkson Honeyfest is a three-day celebration of one of nature’s sweetest gifts. With rides for the whole family, great food, music and a 5k run, the entire town of Clarkson comes out to welcome the guests of Honeyfest. Held the last weekend in September.
Grayson County Fair
Since 1949 the Grayson County Fair has offered weeklong family entertainment in the form of carnival rides, beauty pageants, demolition derby and much more. Each year the fun begins the Tuesday before Labor Day.
Nolin’s Summer Splash
Held in June at the Nolin Lake State Park, Nolin’s Summer Splash features the Houseboat Hop, music, and activities for both kids and adults.
The Dam Triathlon
The Dam Triatholon is held the second weekend in August at Rough River Lake and features a combination of paddling, cycling and running through the lake area.
Freedom & Fiddlin’
The Leitchfield Freedom Festival combines with the Twin Lakes National Fiddlers competition for double the fun. Held the third Saturday in July at the Courthouse Square, the festival provides free rides, entertainment and fireworks.
Art in the Park
GCA Art in the Park is a juried fine arts and fine crafts show held at James D. Beville Park the second Saturday in May. It features local and internationally acclaimed artists.
This event is perfect for cyclists of all ages, with friendly geography and beautiful scenery. It’s held annually on the first Saturday in August.
Caneyville Fair & Homecoming
Held the 1st weekend in October, Caneyville Fair & Homecoming includes parade, rides, booths, pageants, contests and more.
The Bluegrass Festival is held in August at the Grayson County Agriculture & Recreation Park.
Memorial Day Parade
Our Memorial Day Parade is held the fourth weekend in May and honors those who gave us freedom. Parade, food and entertainment is included.
